You can view details of all
- a) Licences granted under Part 2 of (Housing in Multiple Occupation) or Part 3 (Selective Licensing) of the Housing Act 2004.
- b) Temporary Exemption Notices served under section 62 or section 86 of the act.
- c) All management orders made under Chapter 1 or 2 of Part 4 of the Act.
Copies of the register or an extract from it may be obtained from the Council on request. The request may also be viewed in person on request by visiting the Customer Service Centre at the Civic Centre.
